We offer case management, service coordination, and a wide array of wellness, cultural, and other activities. We partner with health care providers to identify innovative ways to support resident\'s health and well-being, and we engage with the broader community through our Village Center program. Train residents one-on-one on how to use their personal and 2Life devices and troubleshoot them at a basic level. Ensure that all resident devices are user-friendly and accessible to all residents, including those with visual or cognitive decline and English and non-English speakers. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS ? Provide technical support and assistance to residents ? Design and teach technology courses in person and using video-conferencing software ? Monitor and supervise the use of resident Computer Centers ? Document services and resident attendance and requests ? Report hardware and software issues ? Create various technology resources for residents ? Maintain standards of resident confidentiality in all work ? Collaborate with Resident Services staff at each campus on resident technology programming PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES ? Fluent in English ? Extensive knowledge of Windows Operating System, MS Office Suite and Google Workspace ? Knowledge of relevant internet platforms, including Zoom, What?s App, Facebook, YouTube, and email ? Knowledge of pertinent hardware including, but not limited to, laptops, desktops, tablets (iPads, Chromebooks, Kindle, and others), smartphones, and printers ? Must have patience and creativity in working with older adult learners
