Budget Analyst (Boston, MA) Full Time Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations. Analyze budgeting and accounting reports. Summarize budgets and submit recommendations for the approval or disapproval of funds requests. Analyze monthly department budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls. Direct the preparation of regular and special budget reports. Provide advice and technical assistance with cost analysis, fiscal allocation, and budget preparation. Telecommuting five days per week is possible. Position Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance, or Economics or closely related, plus 12 months of previous experience in job offered or as Budget Director, Budget Manager, Associate, or related. Approximately 20% of national travel is required.
