Daily Office Functions
Manages daily administrative operations of Sales Department establishing work priorities; assists in resolving challenges related to the day to day operations of the department
Creates sell sheets for manufacturers as well as all presentations utilizing PowerPoint
Records and submits Billbacks within our internal system MCS
Navigates through web portals to input Ad placements
Cross trains with Customer Service Administrative Assistants responsibilities as well as provides coverage for employees out of office.
Supports Sales Team
Provides sales support to President and VP including creating and interpreting deal sheets and sales data reports in Excel
Utilizes sales analysis skills to inform the Sales Team of sales progress, gross margins, gross profit, etc.
Updates Year to Date Item Movement Reports for all Manufacturers
Liaison between Sales Team, Manufacturers and Team
Supports with all customers within the operation of the brokerage (ie manufacturers, regional managers, buyers, etc)
Assists in coordinating events
REQUIREMENTS: Need to know Microsoft - Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
