Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to lead our maintenance team, ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. Responsibilities include performing daily preventative maintenance, working on pumps, gear boxes, changing valves, and identifying electrical issues. You will also handle hydraulic and pneumatic systems, ovens, fans, blowers, etc. Additionally, the role requires using hand and power tools to maintain various types of equipment. You will work both independently and collaboratively with a team of 6, closely coordinating with the production side and management to establish schedules and outline daily duties.

Hard Skills

• 3 years of industrial maintenance mechanic experience.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Bridgewater, Massachusetts.

Work Environment

Our 52,000 sq. foot facility is located in Bridgewater, with easy highway access. The manufacturing environment includes about 30 employees across three shifts, featuring multiple large ovens, conveyors, and duct work.
