JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Familiar with all aspects of employee benefits including health & insurance benefits Assists with the implementation of administrative policies governing payroll & benefit programs Familiar with & has the ability to explain employee handbook Knowledge of workmen compensation process Maintains payroll records & process changes Assists employees in completing all paperwork needed for workmen compensation short-term disability, dental & health plans as requested by supervisor Assures that all reports required by State, Federal & other agencies are completed within proper time frame Works with the Staff Development Coordinator on orientation of new employees Attends all facility meetings Performs all required documentation to comply with State & Federal guidelines QUALIFICATIONS High School Graduate or equivalent Long-term care experience preferred Ability to perform duties & responsibilities with minimum supervision Experience with Paycor preferred
