Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Financial Project Assistant in Braintree, Massachusetts. This role will be primarily involved in the financial services industry, focusing on insurance and mutual fund companies.

Responsibilities:

• Managing client paperwork and maintaining organized records for about 300 clients

• Utilizing Excel to populate forms and perform tasks that require strong knowledge of Excel formulas, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables

• Assisting clients with data identification and organization

• Ensuring data reconciliation between different financial systems

• Downloading statements from financial systems for record-keeping and analysis

• Reporting on commissions throughout the project

• Potentially assisting with the transition to a new performance reporting system. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory for this role.

• Applicants must have a solid understanding of Excel Formulas.

• Ability to work with Pivot Tables is a key requirement.

• Familiarity with the VLOOKUP function in Excel is essential.

• Prior experience or knowledge in Financial Services is highly desirable.

• Understanding of Mutual Funds is a crucial aspect of this role.
