Aerotek Customer Care Agent in Braintree, Massachusetts

We are representing a growing company in the transportation and aviation industry that is looking to bring on a new Customer Care Agent!

This is a remote position only temporarily - role will be full time, in-office post COVID! In order to be considered, applicants MUST be local and able to commute to the office location once offices are open again

This position requires schedule flexibility! Interested applicants must be flexible to work between the hours of 6AM to 11 AM. Once training is completed, a set schedule will be assigned consisting of weekdays + 1 weekend day.

Position Description:

  • Obtain flight itinerary and other relevant trip information from clients regarding upcoming or current flights and accurately enter information into company internal system.

  • Provide direct guidance and assistance to clients regarding company products, services, and requests.

  • Take ownership of potential problems and offer creative problem solving to resolve issues.

  • Employ prompt and concise communication with clients and internal departments.

  • Must possess excellent problem-solving skills, confidence, sound-decision-making skills, ability to work under pressure, and handle angry clients if issues should arise.

  • This position will handle a mixture of admin/office-based functions with communication via phone and email with clients.

Position Qualifications:

  • This person will be working with high-end clientele, so customer service and professionalism are absolute must haves.

  • Candidates must also be confident, self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and possess the ability to multi-task.

  • Prior experience in the hotel, restaurant, or aviation industry is a huge plus - but not required.

  • Schedule flexibility is a must - candidates will be offered a set schedule but scheduling and hours will always be driven by the business needs!
