CREW MEMBER POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet and welcome our guests with a smile
Responsible for properly preparing all current menu items according to Dunkin’ standards and as the guest requests
Respond to the needs of the guest and ensure that every guest is satisfied with their experience every time
Maintain a clean and neat workstation, help to keep all areas of the restaurant clean and sanitized
Practice safe food handling procedures by following all food safety and sanitation guidelines including the use of single use gloves and face masks
Complete training for all new productions and promotions and help support the training of other crew members
Maintain a positive working environment, work well with other crew members as a team, and treat them with respect.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to fluently speak/read English
Have a valid driver’s license or your own transportation
Capable of counting money and making change
Must be able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
