  • Create and oversee schedules and deadlines for assigned projects

  • Oversee and manage creative resources

  • Lead manager of ClickUp, our project management software

  • Establish and collaborate on project timelines and scopes for everything from websites to infographics to collateral to digital campaigns, and ensure that these are communicated to stakeholders and adhered to by internal and external teams

  • Communicate with a range of clients via phone, email, and screenshare to ensure a positive partnership experience

  • Manage and traffic all creative requests coming into the creative department

  • Act as the liaison between agency departments and occasionally client contacts

  • Ensure regular communication with account team on progress of assigned projects

  • Assist in the development of processes as the department grows

  • Establish a best in class web development process and structure to ensure the highest quality product, on budget, and on time

  • Review and provide critical input to project briefs, budget, and schedules prior to kickoff

  • Create SOW?s and PO?s as needed for agency projects

  • Proactively anticipate and solve for issues that may arise during the execution of a project

  • Serve as the primary contact for individually placed media deliverables (technical specs, deadlines, production.).

  • Lead client discussions on project plans to ensure client understands project flow and due dates needed to meet end goals

  • Participate in new business RFI or RFP requests when necessary

  • Contributing to the development of methodologies, standards and best practices to streamline processes and create efficiencies for the Project Management capability and train team members when applicable

Along with creativity, drive and self-motivation, your previous experience and attributes will include:

  • 5-7+ years? experience managing and trafficking websites, interactive, and digital production work

  • Strong client management and communication skills and able to independently manage projects

  • An understanding of Adobe products, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Dropbox, and ClickUp, our project management software (Ok to learn ClickUp on the job, but prior knowledge is a plus)

  • Ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects at once

  • Excellent communication skills ? written and oral

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Highly collaborative and flexible work style

  • Bachelor?s degree or equivalent business experience
