The GTA Business Management team is looking for an experienced Sr. Program Manager to lead global hiring demand planning and recruiting resource management practices. In this role you will partner with GTA leadership, finance, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze company hiring demand; create resource and capacity forecasting models for the GTA organization; and develop and oversee staff augmentation processes. This opportunity will allow you to accelerate your career growth, develop big picture views, and manage ambiguous and conflicting strategic interests. This role is flexible in that you will be able to partner with your manager to define the way that you’d like to work, whether that is in the office or from home. The role reports to the Chief of Staff for GTA and can be located anywhere in the United States.

  • Oversee the development of short and long term (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annual, multi-year) demand and resourcing forecasts – leveraging historical data, identifying trends, patterns, correlations, and insights to develop new forecasting models, improve existing models, and create and publish key forecast accuracy metrics.

  • Partner with central, corporate, and business group finance controller teams to align on demand planning and forecasting rhythms and data to support GTA workforce planning.

  • Solicit and leverage insights from partners and key stakeholders to generate actionable resourcing plans.

  • Present findings and provide clarity and alignment with senior leaders, implementing creative ways to show patterns and draw conclusions to help drive decisions and clearly communicate findings.

  • Partner closely with procurement to develop standardized global Recruiting Process Outsourced (RPO) operations, analyzing efficacy and effectiveness along defined parameters on an ongoing basis, and establish governance model.

  • Establish rhythm of business planning processes related to resource management including vendor and RPO utilization.


Minimum/Required Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of business management, finance, analytics, business program management, or equivalent experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Outstanding analytics including the ability to convert general data and findings into applied, specific information and suggestions that add value to business planning and strategies.

  • The ability to influence and act as a trusted resource and advisor to a wide network of colleagues with diverse personalities, and to partner and collaborate with cross functional teams.

  • Excellent written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Knowledge of strategic workforce planning practices.

  • Knowledge of product and services procurement processes.

  • Project management skills including the ability to carry out the process of planning, organizing, and managing tasks and resources to accomplish a well-defined objective.
