Nike Wholesale Associate Account Executive in Boston, Massachusetts


  • 4 year degree in business related field

  • 2+ years experience in account support, customer service, retail or sales

  • Strong skillset in MS Applications (Excel, Word and Outlook)

  • Working knowledge in SAP and BI software applications (Preferred)

  • Familiar with MS Access, EDI and Warehouse systems (Preferred)

  • Ability to professionally communicate (verbal/written) to a wide range of audiences across multiple levels of the organization

  • Strong problem solving and strong analytical/reporting on sales data and product data. Ability to Multi-task, prioritize workloads and proactively anticipate needs. Flexibility is a must


We’re looking for an Associate Account Executive for the US wholesale business to work on the Specialty Sales channel.

In this position you will be responsible for building plus maintaining account relationships and the perfect orderbook. You will proactively engage with internal and external business partners across the organization to ensure successful order management execution which is the foundation of healthy business partnerships.

If this is you, you’ll be working as a key member of an Integrated Account Team to build and maintain the perfect orderbook. This will require working knowledge of SAP, sales programs and order edit accuracy. You will review in detail incoming customer purchase orders to ensure compliance with pricing, terms, labeling requirements and routing, etc. are met. You will also partner with cross functional teams to ensure compliance standards are met. As an AAE, you will maintain detailed account tutorials on your top accounts including training manuals, compliance manuals, and EDI details. You will also drive orderbook insight by managing the open, allocated and picked reports and will proactively make adjustments to delivery/service information to ensure that Converse meets customer expectations. Most of all you will ensure the product is there for our consumers at the moment of truth!


In this role, you will be part of an Integrated Account Team where you will be an integral contributing member. You will partner with Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, Business Planning & Demand Planning to build strategy and deliver against the teams goals. It is a unique opportunity to learn from all functions and become a Subject Matter Expert for Converse specifically focused on Orderbook Management, Allocation and Shipping, Supply Chain, and Planning to holistically drive order management excellence.

As an Associate Account Executive, you will report into the Sales Director, aligning to their account base.
