Sodexo is seeking a Vice President, North America Master Data Management Transformation for our NorAm Supply Managment!

Sodexo's Supply Management team supports Sodexo operating divisions’ procurement activity with a team that is primarily located in Gaithersburg, MD, at Sodexo North American headquarters.

Through the procurement of goods and services, Sodexo’s Supply Management vision is to improve the quality of daily life for our customers and our business partners by providing best in class supply chain management.

The successful candidate will:

  • Set regional Program priorities based on regional business needs in alignment with key stakeholders

  • Design, build and manage country SM transformation roadmap: ability to build and share country vision and to break it down into projects to deliver and problems to solve.

  • Ensure optimal resourcing to deploy regional initiatives & mobilize relevant regional stakeholders

  • Drive best practices implementation, processes change, new system implementation.

  • Build change awareness & mobilize key stakeholders across functions. Promote program initiatives in the region.

  • Drive supply chain requirements into technology strategy and systems.

  • Champion programs effectively, maximizing value while addressing operational issues.

Position Summary

For NorAm, lead the Supply Management transformation on all processes, data and systems topics to -accelerate/transform our supply chain function and increase our competitiveness.

Set regional Program priorities based on regional business needs in alignment with key stakeholders

  • Design, build and manage country SM transformation roadmap: ability to build and share country vision and to break it down into projects to deliver and problems to solve.

  • Ensure optimal resourcing to deploy regional initiatives & mobilize relevant regional stakeholders

  • Drive best practices implementation, processes change, new system implementation.

  • Build change awareness & mobilize key stakeholders across functions. Promote program initiatives in the region.

  • Drive supply chain requirements into technology strategy and systems.

  • Drive projects and project teams within the supply function, report on progress, risks & benefits of initiatives.

  • Consolidate progresses, challenges, actions & benefits generated by each initiative

  • Flag and remove blockers, implement and leverage adequate governance

  • Identify and pro-actively manage pre-requisites to launch specific initiatives within the country

  • Pilot interdependencies between regional and global initiatives

  • Track and secure benefits realization; hold other functions accountable when their contribution is needed.

  • Leverage the global transformation program and global network of experts.

  • Reuse what works from other countries and contribute to the global community. Ensure convergence of Global / Noram priorities and activities.

  • Influence a range of stakeholders, from end users, project teams, suppliers, operations, finance, etc., at CEO level and below.

  • Key resource in mergers and acquisitions and follow on integration. Understand what it takes to under what it will take to integrate

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 10 years

Basic Functional Experience - 10 years
