Description

Other User Experience (UX) Designer responsibilities will consist of originating and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating their results into various sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes. What you get to do every day
Focus areas may include content, controls, visual design, packaging, customer/technical support, branding, and other aspects of user experience
Working with business users and a team of application developers to translate requirements into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
Partnering with other members of the digital marketing team on the development of new initiatives
Running usability testing on prototypes or finished products to assess the quality of a user experience
Creating compelling experiences for users of a product, using results from user research and workflow analysis
Helping out other team members as needed (QA, data entry, production updates, resizing of graphics, etc.)
Creating tools such as personas, usage scenarios, site maps, taxonomies, and wireframes
Requirements
Well-versed in design software applications and tools
Bachelor's degree
Understanding of prototype/mockup software (e.g. Sketch, Balsamiq, Zeplin)
A portfolio featuring UX (wireframes/prototypes/other UX artifacts) and visual design work
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company
- Understanding of Web Accessibility and testing tools (e.g. Lighthouse, Google Accessibility Developer Tools)
Expertise in InVison
Adobe Creative Cloud experience
- Understanding of graphic design, video editing, web development, and photography applications such as Adobe Creative Suite
Candidates with strong interpersonal skills are preferred
5+ years of experience within the digital design/UX industry
Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
