Job Description Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of HVAC equipment while providing excellent customer service.

Job Description

2nd shift - 2:30 to 11:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions.

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems to ensure they are operating efficiently.

  • Provide clients with detailed explanations of HVAC issues and solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.

  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.

  • Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service quality.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC preferred.

  • Universal EPA certification.

  • Proven experience as an HVAC technician (2+ years preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Good communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment.
