The Opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Bar Supervisor to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting with bar operations, ensuring that our guests receive the best service possible, upholding a constant level of staff productivity, ensuring that the bar's budget is not exceeded and maintaining health and safety standards within the bar.
Please note this position is located in our Train Bar area located on the ground level of TD Garden/North Station platform area.
$20.00 - $22.00 / hour

Responsibilities
Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training
Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
Manage labor and profit loss
Ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift
Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary
Qualifications
1-2 years bar-tending experience required
Minimum of 2 years' of supervisory experience preferred
Must be able to implement rules and direct employees
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
Minimum 18 years of age
Physical Requirements
Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
May be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures depending on the season
