Temporary Talent Workforce, Lead Specialist - Learning and Development Center of Excellence
This is a temporary salaried opportunity to join Deloitte Services LP for a short term assignment. Temporary employees are not eligible for Deloitte s health benefits, life insurance, PTO or subsidies offered through the Health & Fitness program. They are, however, covered under Deloitte s Business Travel Accident policy and may participate in Before-Tax Transit benefits.
The Talent Temporary Workforce (TTW) program provides opportunities for Deloitte Talent alumni to expand their skills and networks by taking on roles within Talent for a defined length of time to cover a leave of absence.

Typical assignment length is 4-6 months
TTW assignments should not be less than 4 months and should not exceed 12 months.
We are currently seeking a Lead Specialist level TTW candidate between August 2020 March 2021 for our Advisory Learning & Development Center of Excellence.

Work you ll do
Within our Development Center of Excellence, you will actively participate in projects focused on aligning learning and development solutions with business priorities. Responsibilities may include:
Plan, execute and operationalize development programs and processes
Review deliverables for accuracy and quality
Assist in the creation and development of various learning programs and training experiences, to help Deloitte personnel develop the capabilities and knowledge needed to grow at Deloitte
Participate in or lead learning project teams to build positive, collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders, SMEs and peers
Use critical thinking skills to identify, research, conduct data analysis, and recommend solutions to complex problems
The Development COE delivers business-focused, efficient and innovative learning and development programs and experiences, thoughtfully designed to help our professionals best serve at every stage of their career.
