Join us as a Technical scrum master, to closely work with our client to oversee an onsite-offshore team and deliver the program using agile methodology. The work will involve close interaction with Technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for Automation, Performance and Test Data Management), demonstrating an understanding of the technology-related product(s) and associated business areas. The Technical Scrum Master will help the teams apply technical expertise to improve productivity of teams and quality of work processes and outcomes.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• 8-10 years of experience in QA space and played Scrum Masters role or Agile Team member following Agile methodology

• Experience/understanding of tools and process related to Quality Engineering (Performance engineering, Automation and Test Data management).

• Provides insight into best practices for high performing teams in the delivery of technology-related products, ensuring team actions are aligned with goals.

• Facilitated all the Scrum Ceremonies which includes Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, sprint demo, sprint grooming and Retrospective meetings.

• Encourages a continuous learning environment to strengthen the team's understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts and principles as they relate to technical capabilities.

• Leads scrum meetings, iteration reviews, and maintains backlogs.

• Conducted daily scrum meetings with offshore and on-site teams to identify impediments

• Provided training and coaching in Agile Development principles and practices to development teams, Product Owners

• Good communication, collaboration and presentational skills.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Experience/Understanding of Quality Engineering tools and processes

• Working as Scrum Master/Agile methodology experience

• Experienced lead who can lead multiple teams across onsite-offshore on agile best practices

• Foundational understanding of flow and agile metrics.

• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Agile methodology

• Scrum Master

• QE Tools (Automation, Performance engineering, TDM) and process

• CI/CD tools understanding

• Good to have:

• Scrum Master Certification

• Retail Domain knowledge

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $85,800 -$145,800.
