Description
We are in search of a Technical Account Manager to join our Managed Services team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our enterprise accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and developing new sales opportunities. You will also provide strategic guidance to our clients and handle complex project engagements.
Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key contacts within named VIP Managed Services accounts.
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including senior management, IT, and C-level executives.
• Understand and address key business challenges for clients, translating these into product requirements that meet their needs.
• Arrange and lead regular client meetings, which may necessitate on-site visits.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of each client's technology environment, product, and service needs.
• Guide the direction of complex Project Engagements and long-term strategic initiatives.
• Proactively identify and drive new sales opportunities within an organization.
• Cross-sell additional solutions, such as telephony and business apps, within existing accounts.
• Offer pre-sales technical assistance and product education to clients.
• Develop and manage budgets for clients in line with their needs and business outcomes.
• Present technical client presentations and demonstrate the capabilities of our solution set.
• Respond to requests for service and product details from clients in a timely manner.
• Prepare detailed Statements of Work for project implementations and other Managed Services.
• Provide technical specifications for quotes/proposals and prepare accompanying materials.
• Maintain current and comprehensive knowledge of our product and service offerings.
• Resolve client issues independently and in collaboration with other teams.
• Partner with Client Success and Operations teams to improve processes and documentation for effective service delivery.
• Manage and respond efficiently to all internal or external requests.
• Promote a culture of quality throughout the end-to-end process to deliver value to our clients.
• Serve as an internal advocate for our clients.
Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies, providing technical support and troubleshooting as needed.
• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies, with the ability to optimize and manage related systems.
• Experience with Cloud Technologies, including cloud architecture, data management, and security measures.
• Capability to develop and manage iOS Apps, ensuring functionality and user-friendliness.
• Knowledge of Linux Technologies and the ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux-based systems.
• Ability to conduct AB Testing, analyzing results to improve system performance and user experience.
• Experience with Active Directory, managing user accounts, permissions, and data security.
• Proficiency in handling Apple Devices, providing technical support and managing device settings.
• Knowledge of Backup Technologies, ensuring data safety and implementing disaster recovery plans.
• Proficiency in Computer Hardware, capable of troubleshooting, maintenance, and system upgrades. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
