Your Day to Day

As a Talent Development Manager, you would be working on:

Executing our Talent Development Strategy in the following areas:

This role will focus on delivering training for managers and teams globally and will be the dedicated learning partner for our Product and North America sales organizations.

Develop, design and deliver programs for our global people managers in alignment with our core company competencies.

Engage with people managers and HR Business Partners to ensure training programs are meeting and aligned to business needs

Lead the facilitation of group/team/individual team building and training sessions as required, virtually and in-person

As a Talent Development Manager, your background will look like:

Proven track record and previous experience in a similar role, in a high-tech work environment

Proficient in designing and delivering formal and informal training programs to a multi-cultural workforce

Can build effective relationships with team and business partners

Ability to work on own initiative on project-based tasks, in a fast-paced environment

Insights Discovery Certification, an advantage
