Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Systems Analyst to join our team, located in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you'll be designing, implementing, and managing IT systems in alignment with business objectives and security standards. You'll be engaging with different levels of workforce, handling tasks ranging from installations, repairs, to preventative maintenance on various devices and software. This role also involves project management, system support, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable IT systems

• Manage IT-related projects efficiently and effectively

• Provide support and ensure alignment with business objectives and security standards

• Engage with all levels of workforce, from C-level to on-site staff

• Handle installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance on desktops, laptops, servers, networking devices, and related software

• Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures

• Work on gathering requirements and creating architectural models

• Provide ongoing system support, including troubleshooting network issues

• Use Microsoft, Microsoft Azure, MDM Technologies, and Zoom for various tasks

• Maintain high level of accuracy in resolving tickets. Requirements • Possess strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and other Microsoft software and platforms

• Proficient in MDM (Master Data Management) technologies

• Able to efficiently use Zoom for virtual communication and collaboration

• Have excellent skills in hardware troubleshooting, able to diagnose and resolve issues swiftly

• Competent in network troubleshooting, capable of identifying and fixing network-related problems. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
