Description

The IT Administrator will install, configure, and maintain the IT systems which enable the business and, most importantly, will provide localized, hands-on support for the employees in a medium-sized enterprise.

Responsibilities:

• Provide remote and onsite 1st and 2nd level support.

• Support back-office systems (servers, storage and networking).

• Provide administration of SaaS-based business applications including O365, Slack, Zoom and more.

• Handle onboarding and off-boarding processes.

• Field end-user service requests which will be generated by email, phone, chat or in-person.

• Detailed documentation to satisfy user education or IT operations’ needs.

• Maintain and manage hardware inventories.

  Requirements

• 3+ years of experience administering large-scale deployments of O365.

• Desktop management applications including Jamf, Connectwise, Intune and other solutions.

• Strong knowledge and experience with back-office solutions including: Cisco Meraki switches, firewalls, AP’s, VMware, Veeam, AWS IaaS, Video Conferencing/VoIP Solutions, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365

• Experience with Single Sign On

• Experience working at small-medium size enterprises

• Experience with both Mac and Windows environments

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
