Aston Carter Supply Chain Analyst in Boston, Massachusetts
Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Boston, MA
Work Setting: Hybrid
Description: Supply Chain Analyst for the Robotics Team!!
As a Supply Chain Capacity Analyst you will:
Managing sales orders for multiple sites via Oracle EBS
Managing product lifecycle for multiple parts and communicating status to customers via Agile PLM
Partnering with procurement finance metering center teams for supply demand readiness
Communicating sales order status to stakeholders using internal data
Resolving and troubleshooting customer ticket issues and escalations
Maintain/update internal documentation for internal training and reference
Troubleshooting system deficiencies
Driving operational excellence by contributing to KPIs and SLAs
Contractor will be working on sales order bookings: ORACLE, EBS (E-Business Suite) supply chain module.
Sales order bookings/exceptions managements
Customer facing role - working with sim tickets, responding to customer queries/escalations
Creating accounts for customers
Acting as a bridge between supply chain team and customer
Providing information and more visibility to customer based on internal knowledge which contractor will need to get ramped up on.
Make decisions for prioritization for tasks
Working closely with Metering center, eventually need to own communication.
Work with logistics partners on air shipment approvals, or stock movement approvals
Need to leverage SQL to work on day-to-day job
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or Transportation/Supply Chain/Operations discipline
Strong Math Logical Problem Solving skills
Strong analytical abilities and high proficiency creating and managing advanced models using SQL and Microsoft Excel
Analyst work background or focus in higher education
Preferred Qualifications:
Conceptual understanding of Agile PLM Oracle EBS
Experience in Hardware spares/ commodities
