ABOUT OUR TEAM The North America Logistics Team works within the greater Operations Team to deliver a premium consumer experience with a relentless focus on reliability precision speed quality and cost. To this end our core functional areas are Outsourced Distribution Operations Transportation Customs and Trade. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The North America Transportation team is setting a bold strategic vision to deliver merchandise at a pace that meets our consumers demand with a focus on reliability efficiency and sustainability. As a Transportation Analyst on this team your role will be to ensure the movement of our product from First through Final Mile legs in a consistent manner that adds value to the Converse Supply Chain network. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON In this role you will help to run improve and develop our transportation network to help add value to our supply chain and serve our customers. You will be accountable for getting the right product to the right place at the right time whether it is part of the First Mid or Final Mile legs of its journey. Working with multiple Transportation Providers you will constantly evaluate Key Performance Indicators to ensure performance and drive change. Developing and maintaining strong partner relationships is vital to this role both internal to Converse and Nike Inc and with our external partners. You will generate ideas to overcome transportation challenges and lead the execution of those ideas. WHAT YOU BRING - Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain discipline or other related discipline. - 2 years of experience in the Transportation field. Experience in the footwear industry is a plus. - Demonstrated ability to utilize and monitor Key Performance Indicators to help drive efficiencies and enhancements. - Strong analytical and data management experience - Organized and detail oriented must be able to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.10
