As Student Billing Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in helping students realize their academic dreams by providing exceptional service and support while they navigate resolving their financial obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Monitor student accounts that have not completed their financial obligation and counsel students as needed on options and timelines.

· Provide the highest level of service to our students while they navigate their payment options.

· Manage monthly payment plans through third-party provider to ensure accurate balance amounts and monitoring for on-time payments.

· Generate and review monthly aging reports to ensure that students who have had difficulties meeting their financial obligations have been communicated with and counseled accordingly.

· Monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of processes relating to students completing their financial obligations and provide feedback to the Director of Student Billing.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred.

· 1-3 years of experience in higher education financial aid or accounts receivable department.
