Job Description

Vista Outdoor is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to work at our corporate office in Anoka, MN. The position reports to the Treasury Director.

Responsibilities:

· Prepares cash position reports for executive management

· Compiles and presents short term cash forecast

· Primary contact for business units on banking matters

· Initiates wire transfer requests in our electronic payment system

· Reconciles and records daily cash activity

· Records and reconciles debt balances and transactions

· Assists with ensuring compliance with debt agreements

· Prepares interest expense accruals for SEC reporting

· Assists with insurance reconciliations and annual renewals

· Assists in requesting letters of credit and surety bonds

· Records and reconciles hedging transactions, as needed

· Other tasks as desired and/or requested

Qualifications:

· BS/BA in a business-related field required

· Minimum of 4 years of related business experience

· Ability to develop interpersonal relationships with peers, executive management, and external parties, including vendors and banks

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Manage individual workload with minimal supervision

· Experience with Alteryx/Tableau or Microsoft Access/Power BI a plus

· Experience in public accounting a plus

Pay Range:

$73,400.00 - $120,500.00
