Location/Division Specific Information
The Genetic Sciences Division ( GSD ) is a $1.7 billion business with 1100+ employees across the globe. GSD provides high value genomic information to assist critical decisions in research and applied markets, including Basic Research, Clinical Research, Diagnostics, Forensics and AGBio.
Location: Remote US
How will you make an impact?
You will put together the roadmap for solutions in the Asymptomatic testing business for the back to school and back to work market segments. The candidate will work with a cross functional team to create product solutions for the different market segments and then work with R&D, operations, regulatory and quality to launch the different solutions.
What will you do?
Lead voice of customer, development, and launch of Asymptomatic Testing Solution offering
Drive portfolio execution through strong collaboration and communications with cross functional teams
Collaborate with Market Development team on prioritization of content needs including social media, web, video, print, and more
Develop and execute new product launch plan with market development to drive revenue growth
Collaborate and ensure alignment of product development plans and sales training materials among Regional Market Development, Commercial Partners, and other stakeholders
Interact with varying levels of internal and external personnel including direct customer communication and public presentation
How will you get here?
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering or related degree required
5+ years of experience developing product strategy
3+ years working in a product management role, or with product management functions as part of product or service development processes preferred
Services background or solid customer experience background globally
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Must be able to manage project scope, budget and schedule to achieve timely completion of project deliverables
Strong business acumen and customer focus
Exceptional communication skills as well as analytical, project management and planning skills
Proven business partner influencing stronger business outcomes
Strong customer engagement, mindset, and commercial experience
Adept at building and maintain relationships with customers and key opinion leaders
Some travel will be required. (20%)
