CRJ Sr. Recruiter/Sourcing Specialist (hybrid) in Boston, Massachusetts
Community Resources For Justice is a unique, 140 year old nonprofit organization headquartered in Boston, that provides direct care as well as research/consulting services within the areas of the Mental Health and the Criminal Justice/Public Policy field. Our three divisions, Social Justice Services, Community Strategies, and the Crime and Justice Institute are recognized for their effectiveness and contributions to this important work.
The Sr. Recruiter/Sourcing Specialist, is a member of the Talent Management Team within Human Resources at Community Resources for Justice (CRJ). In this position you will contribute to the development and execution of recruitment strategies across CRJ at all levels. The Sr. Recruiter/Sourcing Specialist will partner with hiring managers to understand business and staffing priorities then strategize recruitment activities to develop pipeline of qualified candidates. The Sr. Recruiter/Sourcing Specialist position reports to the Director, Human Resources.
In this role you will contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance overall recruitment effectiveness/efficiency and the candidate experience. The Sr. Recruiter/Sourcing Specialist will work with others to implement effective and timely analytics and reporting.
The Sr. Recruiter/Sourcing Specialist will partner with the Director, Human Resources and CRJ’s Communication Team to develop and implement a social media recruitment presence.

This is a hands-on position in which you will engage across the organization to solve current challenges, improve processes, and promote CRJ as a great place to work.
Travel to CRJ worksite is required as needed to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
Essential Duties-
Serve as primary point of contact for recruitment in assigned areas
Source and screen candidates; advance qualified candidates to hiring managers
Post positions strategically utilizing a variety of platforms
Maintain applicant tracking system and records
Work with HR & Culture Team to train Hiring Managers on the recruitment process
Proactively building a strong candidate pipeline
Create and implement sourcing strategies to recruit for a variety of roles
Use a broad variety of recruiting channels; i.e., LinkedIn, networks, associations, affinity groups etc.
Ensure adherence to internal policies and legal standards
Analyze data and produce recruitment metrics
Support CRJ’s priorities and strategic objectives
Required Skills and Experience-
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years of related work experience
Demonstrate track record of successful high-volume recruitment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with team members and customers
Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects of work and interactions
Demonstrated proficiency in computer/technical skills, Microsoft Office, particularly in the creation of spreadsheets and the use of databases
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
