About the Role:

As a Program Mgmt Sr. Consultant you will be working within the Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) Product team, the primary responsibility of the Program Manager is to lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle process or improve existing products, supporting the delivery of sales collateral, operational materials, and quality control of the product outputs. The role is accountable for ensuring that products are developed and implemented within a prioritized product schedule.

This role will drive outcomes as a part of a product team collaborating with marketing, communications, education, and governance throughout the product development process. They may also collaborate with matrixed resources including, Digital & Technology, Sales & Client Solutions, Global/Country Operations, Transition Leaders, Pricing & Risk, and Pursuit Enablement.

What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively project lead the productization efforts through the development workflow.

  • Track and report progress of the product development workflow tools such as Airtable, Smartsheet.

  • Support Product Owner/Pillar Leader in regular cadence of weekly calls and reporting including monthly governance reviews with Chief Product Offer and Global VP of Products.

  • Form relationships and work closely together with Product Owners, Pillar Leader, Sales and Solutions, Service Line Lead.

  • Organize working groups between difference Lines of Business in productization effort.

  • Act as a bridge between the GWS Product Org and the Service Line leads.

  • Garner feedback from Alliance Directors, LOBs, Enterprise Accounts through the product development workflow.

  • Assist in the formation of and ensure the completion of product collateral packages using standardized templates consisting of sale materials, operational playbooks, account implementation plans, and sales education materials.

  • Collaborate with product owners, and Product Marketing, Product Education, Sales and Solutions.

  • Follow the Product Development workflow and governance processes.

  • Verify collateral ready for issue and verify use of collateral once issued.

  • Plan and support early-stage development of product that address customer need and showcase product value.

  • Work with marketing to develop a competitive landscape assessment of assigned products and similar product offerings to ensure that CBRE’s product differentiation vs competition is well defined, articulated and understood.

  • Partner closely with product owners and other product collaborators to build and package collateral, operational playbooks, account implementation plans, and sales education materials.

  • Understand the intricate customer journey of a GWS client and ensure each product deliverable is developed with target audience and use case applied.

  • Investigate and qualify differentiating factors about a product to stay ahead of the innovation curve and remain aware of industry trends with a bias toward proactive action.

  • Leverage GWS Insights team, and others to drive growth and expand our established portfolio of services by delivering compelling insights, stories, and case studies about product differentiation and successes that articulate client value and drive growth. Cultivate intimate knowledge of data and technology systems in use across GWS to ensure that technology is a value wherever possible to our product differentiation.

  • Identify, articulate, and recommend integrated solutions based on observed opportunities to optimize business value delivery and client outcomes. Regularly review client pursuits and scopes of work to identify potential growth areas.

  • Partner with Product Education Team to inform distinct target collaborators (e.g., sector leaders, account directors, sales, etc.) about assigned products to ensure information about our products are consistently distributed across broad, relevant audiences who can advocate for the product(s) across all target business areas. This includes facilitation, attendance, and management of regular product education sessions for appropriate collaborators.

  • Work with product owners to empower sales teams with compelling materials and resources needed to mainstream products for client pursuits.

  • Support GWS Communications team by articulating product differentiation for activities such as internal newsletters, product briefings, speakership opportunities and more.

  • Meet regularly with product team members to discuss product development progress, initiatives, risks and roadblocks.

  • Track, validate, and lead the status of each product deliverable in development through product dashboards to enable real-time product progress and health reports used by the GWS Product team, Product Marketing and key leadership.

  • Create annual innovation report to highlight new product initiatives and value-adds happening across the portfolio.

What You’ll Need:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree and 5+ year of directly relevant experience with service line product outsourcing industry. Technologically savvy.

Outstanding leadership presence and advanced presentation skills. Outstanding presentation skills, both written and verbal. Excellent active listening skills. Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.

Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.

Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.

Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere. Forward looking with a broad approach. Highly organized and proactive in planning strategy and tactics.

Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Program Management Consultant position is $150,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr. Program Management Consultant position is $160,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
