Job Description

The Sr. Producer works in collaboration with other Unbridled Productions team members to manage and produce small to large scale events and creative projects. This role expands on the responsibilities of a Producer such as: advising clients on current and innovative event trends, ideas, and equipment technologies; providing innovative concepts, new ideas, and developing a show from concept to activation. They must be familiar with the latest advancements in professional level event technologies as well as on location managing of the procurement of equipment, creative collateral and fabrication, set design and construction, budget management, client and venue interface, and show flow creation and execution for clients’ events. As an expert in event production they will also be responsible for managing and training new Producers who join the team overseeing their day to day work and supporting their growth and development with the company.

Successful candidates will have the following: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent applicable experience

  • 7+ years experience producing live events (production/set concept and design experience a plus)

  • Understanding of the journey of the attendee from invite, arrival, event, and post-event.

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with various levels of managers and clients

  • Experienced in developing show flows, sourcing speakers and entertainment 

  • Confident in leading a team to solve creative challenges and is solutions-oriented

  • Experience producing virtual events to include Zoom and Microsoft Teams 

  • Strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication ability

  • Excels under pressure and tight deadlines

  • Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Design Suite, Keynote

Preferred qualifications: 

  • Experience working in VMix virtual event platform or similar 

  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator 

  • Meeting & Event Coordinator or Project Manager experience

  • Vectorworks or Cinema 4D experience a plus

  • Experienced in creative collateral trafficking and managing production of creative assets

What you would be doing at Unbridled: 

  • Ensure performance of Associate Producers and Producers assigned to specific projects

  • Support growth and development within the team

  • Provide assistance to resolve client concerns and set standards for future work

  • Provide training and other team support in collaboration with Sr. Manager, Production Operations

  • Act as Producer on several programs per year:

  • Develop, collaborate, and manage a technical plan that best supports client needs for all events 

  • Sourcing and Managing Vendors and Contractors

  • Create and manage all aspects of production to best support event and attendee experience

  • Maintain point of communication between all vendors, crew, and support staff

  • Develop, track, manage and reconcile project budgets

  • Creation of ongoing and detailed show flows

  • Work with Creative Team to provide creative concepts for set design, show flow, visual imagery, content, and event theme

  • Integrate with Creative Team to produce creative collateral assets and fabricated elements

  • Frequent and extended travel required
