The Senior CRM Marketing Professional plans, recommends, implements, and optimizes marketing communications to members based on detailed quantitative analyses of consumer databases and external data sources to develops data driven insights into members, their behaviors, buying preferences and patterns. The Senior CRM Marketing Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Humana is building a best-in-class Marketing organization to drive profitable growth supporting the Home Solutions business segment, which is bringing bringing care to the patient's home across the full spectrum of acuity from Primary Care relationships to Hospital encounters.

Our Home Solutions organization is in the midst of a significant growth strategy that requires not only acquisition of new customers/patients but also the engagement and retention of current customers/patients. The suite of Home Solutions assets is continuing to refine through partnerships, acquisition and innovation, and has the opportunity to position the company uniquely in service of seniors living with chronic conditions. This will require developing new categories and products, expanding into new customer segments, deploying critical capabilities to win with those segments and redefining the care experience.

The Home Solutions Marketing team is looking for an experienced and passionate CRM Marketing Professional to create and implement effective marketing campaigns engaging members and patients in home care delivery offerings. The role requires a strong consumer mindset, paired with the ability to bring dynamic, multi-touch marketing campaigns to the market.

In this role you will:

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns that support the Home Solutions segment's overall objectives with a clear focus on engagement marketing

  • Identifies and communicate initiatives that enhance the positioning and offering of products and services to members.

  • Create and execute go-to-market plans in partnership with marketing colleagues, key internal business partners, and other cross-functional teams

  • Develop value proposition, product positioning, audience and attitudinal/belief/motivation/needs-based segment targets, and customer benefits

  • Create dynamic, multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging CRM platform; partner with internal and external data, campaign build and creative teams to deploy

  • Translate complex care products, models, and experiences into simple, creative, and impactful product communications that connect with and motivate behavioral change among key target audiences

  • Establish and track key performance indicators and consistently report outcomes to key stakeholders

  • Lead by example by emulating behaviors consistent with the new ways of working and Humana values

  • Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.

  • Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • At least 5+ years of building and executing highly impactful consumer marketing strategies and campaigns

  • Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, Healthcare, HealthTech, Technology, Professional Services, or CPG preferred

  • Deep empathy for the customer and ability to translate complexities into simple, comprehensible communications

  • Strong communicator with ability to frame up and sell in marketing strategies and campaign proposals

  • Ability to identify actionable insights and translate them into winning marketing strategies

  • Intellectually curious, resourceful, critical thinker

  • Highly collaborative mindset and excellent relationship-building skills, including the ability to engage many diverse stakeholders and SMEs, and win their co-ownership in outcomes

  • Strong bias for results

  • Problem solver; autonomous

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA

  • Agile working model experience
