Conducts and supports ongoing evaluations of culture, engagement and employer branding programs to ensure effectiveness of programs, recommends modifications and implements enhancements as necessary.

Conducts and supports ongoing evaluations of culture, engagement and employer branding programs to ensure effectiveness of programs, recommends modifications and implements enhancements as necessary.

Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements: - Contributes to the development and execution of a culture, engagement and employer branding strategy that aligns with Santander’s strategic business objectives, and cultural tenets (e.g., the Santander Way) and aspirations. - Organizes and manages efforts to audit, evaluate, and innovate key processes and programs throughout the employee life cycle, including attraction, onboarding, development, recognition, separation, and others. - Serve as project manager for key CEEB initiatives, developing and managing project plans, coordinating resources across HR and the company as needed, organizing project team meetings and updates, etc. - Organize, package, and deliver CEEB team metrics and reporting, aggregating information from HR Reporting, quarterly employee feedback survey, Corporate Communications, and other sources. - Support, launch and/or manage new and current tools, processes, and experiences to drive higher levels of engagement and satisfaction across Santander. - Leads and/or supports the design and development of interactive culture and employee experiences, using a variety of visual, interactive, and delivery tools and through partnerships with internal teams (e.g., Learning & Development, Communications, HRIS, external agencies, etc.). - Develops and facilitates live and/or virtual meetings, workshops and presentations as needed in support of CEEB projects and program launches. - Serve as primary procurement and vendor management SME for the CEEB team. - Assists in the charge of promoting the Santander Way across the organization. - Supports CEEB innovation by bringing forward recommendations and solutions and collaborating with appropriate partners. - Contributes to behavior change strategies and provides improvement recommendations; may serve as an agile team lead or team member for large or cross- functional projects.

Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in HR, business, or equivalent field is required

Work Experience: - Experience managing and leading projects, preferably in support of culture, employee experience and/or people processes, 6+ Years (Pref) - Working knowledge and experience interacting with key HR processes (e.g., onboarding, performance management, training and development, recognition, separation, etc.) (Pref) - Leveraging Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite applications, 6+ Years (Pref)

Skills and Abilities: - Strong communication and meeting facilitation skills - Ability to prioritize, manage and organize multiple projects amid shifting priorities - Ability to develop and manage project plans; collaborate with others; and provide updates to senior management. - Ability to develop effective, branded presentation decks, assembling data from a variety of sources and packaging in an impactful and effective manner - Ability to think creatively and work well under pressure - Capable of working independently, while also engaging in collaboration between teams - Ability to use discretion and maintain integrity and professionalism - High confidence, low ego - Personal alignment to Santander's mission and values

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.
