What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Engage with all levels of individuals up to Senior Leaders

  • Includes all cross functional teams and not limited to Configuration

  • Ensure robust stakeholder engagement and inclusion

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Identify training needs for Configuration department for both new and current team members

  • Identify and implement onboarding plan for new team members

  • Prioritize topics based on impact for improvement

  • Collaborate and partner with Training and Development to develop content that enhances retention and transfer

  • Publish education calendars to Configuration cross functional teams

  • Determine and execute on delivery plan for education

  • Create baseline metrics for measurement

  • Monitor improvement metrics

  • Facilitate and deliver training sessions and workshops in conjunction with the training and development team

  • Assist in the development and revision of training content

  • Evaluate effective training strategies on an ongoing basis

  • Support departmental projects/tasks

  • Coordinate continuing education training curriculum for experienced Configuration team members

  • Maintain effective communication with leadership regarding training needs

  • Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed

  • Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs

  • Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience’s training needs

  • Maintain project documentation and course folders

  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records (LMS)

  • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment

  • Research and recommend new training methods

  • Other tasks as assigned

  • Create Policies and Procedures related to Onboarding, Employee Engagement and Training and Development

The Experience You’ll Need (Required):

  • Critical thinking is a must

  • Strong communication and soft skills are crucial

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent years of experience

  • 3+ years of configuration experience in benefits, pricing and/or provider set up

  • 3+ years of experience in managing and leading large-scale projects as an individual

  • Understanding of healthcare system, specifically health plans and claims processing

  • Ability to work independently and effectively on a team that includes individuals of all levels of the organization

  • Ability to support and facilitate meetings including, but not limited to, executing Process Improvement tools with a project team and configuration department

  • Intermediate skill level of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Capability to learn new, complex concepts quickly

  • Strong attention to detail and organization; strong analytic skills

  • Change Management and/or Facilitation training a plus

Technical requirements:

Currently, Evolent employees work remotely across all fifty (50) states temporarily due to COVID-19. As such, we require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 MBPS and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

Compensation Range: The minimum salary for this position is $80000, plus benefits. Salaries are determined by the skill set required for the position and commensurate with experience and may vary above and below the stated amounts.
