This individual will be responsible for supporting Program Supply Chain Management (PSCM) activities for the C3S2 and M&A business areas within the Product Support sub mission area of Raytheon Intelligence and Services (RIS). In this role you will work closely with and support the lead Program Supply Chain Manager for the various programs and will interact with both the RIS and Raytheon Missile & Defense (RMD) Program Management Offices. In this role you will report on and monitor Key Performance Indicators including but not limited to program placement plans, outstanding requisitions, open purchase orders and deliverable materials and values, supplier On Time Delivery and past due dollars. You will support material sales forecasting including supplier follow up as required to ensure forecast accuracy and financial commitments are met and will validate as requires SCM EAC inputs. Additionally, as required, you will support the development of customer proposals including insuring that required supporting proposals are obtained. This position will be fully remote.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Four years of experience, preferably in US government, defense market and commercial supply chain activities.

Experience in supporting 15-2 Compliant Proposals, EAC’s and Gate 4 Reviews

Providing sound Supply Chain strategies for flawless execution

Providing Programs Robust Risks and Opportunities during the proposal process

Some experience in project management.

Some experience with PRISM and reporting.

Demonstrated ability to effectively work in an IPT environment.

Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project).

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

CORE Training

The ability to obtain Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) certification within 120 Days of job acceptance.

Some understanding of the Integrated Product Development System (IPDS)

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or equivalent. Masters Degree Preferred.

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience with specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices.

Other Requirements (Clearance, travel):

The ability to travel domestically as may be required.

Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution.

The salary range for this role is $68,000 to $136,000; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.

The salary range for this role is 62,000 USD - 124,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
