Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a Smartsheet Specialist to join their team. As a Smartsheet Specialist, you will be part of the IS&T PPM&G department supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Smartsheet Specialist

Location: Boston, Massachusetts

Pay Range: $55-60/HR on W2

What's the Job?

• Lead the development, maintenance, and continual improvement of a reusable repository of tools, templates, processes, best practices, and methodologies for managing Smartsheet activities.

• Serve as a trusted solution and technical advisor during the implementation process to ensure successful Smartsheet deployment and adoption.

• Provide expertise in Smartsheet tools including Control Center, Data Shuttle, Dynamic View, and Resource Management.

• Shape the direction of the DB&T PPM&G by promoting Smartsheet as a strategic and supported practice throughout the organization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance planning, estimation, and execution processes.

What's Needed?

• Proven track record of technical leadership and outstanding customer-facing skills.

• In-depth knowledge of Smartsheet tools and methodologies.

• Experience in consultative solution development and implementation.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
