The Role

As a Senior Strategic Finance Manager, you will help lead the company’s long range planning and forecasting process, create strategic presentations for the Board of Directors and the companies Senior Leadership Team, provide support and analysis related to strategic options and lead Special projects all in support of the Senior Director, Corporate Finance and Vice President, Corporate finance. You will lead a small team and be an active contributor to analysis, modeling and executive communication. You will be a significant contributor to the Corporate and Strategic Finance team's position as the trusted financial advisors of the company

Location

This role is designated as fully remote, US.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Regularly update forecast models and enhance model approach and architecture to enable fact-based decision making by Executive management

  • Assist with analysis and monitoring of the overall business to understand performance vs. expectations and trends with detailed variance analysis across the entire company for Revenue through Free Cash Flow, highlighting risks and opportunities to near-term and long range plans

  • Create C-level and Board of Director level strategic presentations

  • Create new financial models and enhance existing financial models

  • Lead a small team and effectively manage team output to drive additional efficiencies and value of the work produced

  • Provide ad hoc analysis and decision support for Senior Director of Corporate Finance and the VP of Corporate Finance

  • Lead Special Projects through cross-function and team efforts; drive thought-leadership and idea creation of where additional value can be uncovered in the business

  • Create an informal network across the organization to speed business trend discovery and strategy execution

  • Support other company projects including but not limited to M&A, Divestitures, Valuation, Impairment and proforma analysis

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Investment banking, Private Equity/Credit, or Corporate Development

  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business administration; an MBA, CFA, other post-graduate degree/studies preferred

  • Strong quantitative skills with experience in financial modeling, complex analysis, team leadership and executive communication

  • Disciplined and detail-oriented individual that can learn quickly; experience in telecom and technology industries is preferred

  • Self-starter with the ability to lead and execute on projects with limited direction

  • Positions require an individual with a strong growth mindset and creative financial approaches to problem-solving

  • Advanced user of Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, SAP, Anaplan and ability to learn new tools, systems and processes quickly

  • Effective problem-solving skills with strong understanding of corporate finance principles, capital structure, telecom and technology and company transformations

  • Team player with a humble and positive attitude, with the confidence to lead and influence throughout the organization

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges:

$129,639 - $172,852 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.

$136,121 - $181,494 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.

$142,603 - $190,137 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
