Serves as PPSQ liaison and relationship manager with departmental, divisional, and enterprise stakeholders. Facilitates customer and stakeholder relationships throughout the projects.

Senior Safety & Quality Consultant- Administrative will be responsible for:

Managing multiple Enterprise quality and safety projects/initiatives and completing assigned project activities under some guidance by a supervisor.

• Managing project milestones, deliverables, team contributions, and execution

a. Defining, planning, and managing all phases of projects

b. Coordinating the day-to-day activities of the project, including the recruitment of project staff, setting up records systems, and organizing meetings

c. Gathering all project information: schedules, data requests, issue logs, project plans, communications, assignment tasks, and project meetings.

d. Working with the project team to understand and assist with tracking all work, tasks, and project assignments.

e. Monitoring and modifying project schedule and key deliverables.

f. Maintaining document control, database management, project tracking, and team communications.

• Managing and overseeing project-related deliverables with limited supervision, including process workflow diagrams, PowerPoint presentations, status reports, communication plans, meeting minutes, and project plans/timelines.

• Developing and executing quality and safety measurement plans

a) Identifying key processes and their indicators

b) Establishing baseline metrics and developing and implementing measurement plans

c) Tracking details for producing accurate run-charts and other data visuals for monitoring progress to measurement goals

d) Conferring with analysts for interpreting outcomes; visualizing and presenting data/results in a variety of formats

• Composing, editing, and delivering written and verbal communications to key stakeholders (internal and external), senior Leadership, and associates at all levels of the organization as needed

• Completing basic analysis and data coordination for project support

f) Completing quantitative and qualitative analyses to support the objectives of assigned projects and ensure completion of project objectives within agreed-upon timeframes.

g) Providing data coordination and data entry services for quality improvement projects supported by the department.

h) Performing data management and serving as an internal resource on data coordination procedures

• Collaborating with senior staff, assisting in developing a comprehensive workflow process for projects

• Educating and teaching junior staff

• Serving as PPSQ liaison and relationship manager with departmental, divisional, and enterprise stakeholders. Facilitating customer and stakeholder relationships throughout the projects

To qualify you must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Six years of Quality & Safety Experience in lieu of degree

  • Master’s Degree is preferred

  • 4 years’ experience in Quality & Safety Project Management
