The Role
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Director of Strategic Accounts to join and lead our rapidly expanding specialist team focused on a select list of the region’s largest enterprise accounts. In this role you will be leading and coaching Strategic Accounts Managers, identifying, developing, and retaining high talent who deliver value to the company’s business. You will play a hands-on role with the field sales organization in this customer facing and highly visible position, including direct participation in closing deals at key accounts.
Your day-to-day
Define partner plan and work with the channel to drive incremental revenue
Maintain up to date knowledge of company’s competitive positioning in the marketplace
Partner with Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, and Support to close deals, drive revenue and adoption
Create and execute both strategic and tactical plans to significantly increase our presence, revenue and market share in select very large Enterprise accounts
Lead a team of virtual Strategic Account Managers throughout the region
Establish and maintain key select customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base
What you bring to the team
Exceptional leadership skills and prior success leading high performing field sales teams spread over a large geography
In depth Security or Enterprise SaaS solutions sales knowledge is preferred
Strong understanding of new and current technologies and trends specifically in the security industry
Outstanding consultative selling skills and ability to clearly and effectively articulate the company’s value proposition
Strong business acumen with the ability to create a business plan, build a strong business pipeline, accurately forecast and close business
