Description

Robert Half is looking for a Sr. Project Manager for a 3 - 6+ month contract. This is a remote, 30 - 40-hour-per-week assignment, though the workload may increase to 40 hrs/week down the road; candidates must be willing and able to work eastern (ET) hours. Sr. Project Manager will drive a variety of client marketing projects (print and digital) from conceptualization through execution. They will also manage budgets, creative resources, schedules, processes, vendor partnerships, risk analysis, status updates, and regulatory reviews. Must have 3 - 7+ years of agency experience, preferably within the pharma, life science, or biotech industry. Experience using Veeva is strongly preferred. If interested and available, apply today!

Requirements

• Degree in marketing, management, or related

• 3 - 7+ years of agency project management experience

• Familiarity with healthcare, pharma, or biotech industries preferred

• Experience with Veeva, Ziflow, ProofHQ or similar platform

• Detail-oriented

• Experience with medical/regulatory standards

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage a large volume of projects with shifting priorities

• Self-starter

• Client-facing experience

• Team management skills
