Insight Global Senior Project Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

Job Description

A mid-size biotechnology company is seeking a Project Manager/Business Analyst will serve as the day-to-day liaison and provide support across the Commercial and Operations organizations, and selected vendors. This individual will have execution delivery responsibilities for the evolution of the Treatment Center Portal including management of the day-to-day project and delivery milestones as well as supporting the team in business requirements gathering, vendor management, and cross-functional team coordination. This individual will partner with the Commercial Business Engagement Lead, broader cross-functional Treatment Center Portal team, and vendor to support technology solutions for the business Commercial organization.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

 Development of regular status reporting, project plans, tracking risks/issues/roadblocks, and communicating status in relevant meetings

 Driving cross-functional alignment between the vendor, business teams, and technology and managing to the project plan

 Driving and supporting standard agile ceremonial and sprint activities to ensure that we are implementing and delivering a solution that meets defined business requirements such as daily stand-ups, sprint grooming sessions, retrospectives, etc.

 Coordinate between the vendor and the business teams to remove any roadblocks, ensure all appropriate parties are involved in necessary decision making, and driving progress against the defined roadmap

 Data mapping and analysis, gap analysis and system analysis to develop process documentation, flows and diagrams as needed

 Apply a deep understanding of business needs to evaluate and recommend solutions as applicable

 Supporting business requirements gathering for various projects related to the Treatment Center Portal

Compensation:

$85/hour to $90/hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

- 8+ years of professional experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, or Product Manager

- Experience working with 3rd party vendors in a matrix environment (supply chain & commercial business is preferred)

- Experience working in an Agile Environment

- Strong experience about managing timelines, budget, and meeting critical milestones and customer needs - GXP Experience

- Strong knowledge of hospitals and/or Commercial business processes and operations within a commercial biopharma environment

- Experience in Salesforce Health Cloud and/or Service Cloud

- Understand the regulatory environment and drive collaboration with the Legal and Compliance team as required. null
