Job Description

LogMeIn is looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Marketing Manager focused on the LastPass end user experience, from messaging to launches to projects focused on growth and conversion. LastPass is an award-winning password manager that helps millions around the world organize their online lives. LastPass provides secure password storage to make going online easier and safer, with simple access from any device.

The right candidate is detail-oriented, great with words, and customer-centric, as they will be focused on GTM strategy and a subject matter expert in password management and cybersecurity. They will be key player for many teams – product management, demand gen, web and ecomm, automation, and more. A successful candidate will have proven experience in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment, thinks strategically yet has an eye for detail, and loves to create authentic, customer-focused messaging.

This role reports to the Director of Product Marketing and is an individual contributor role focused mostly on B2C. This person works on multiple projects at a time, which vary in complexity and scope, and should be comfortable coming up with and offering solutions to cross-functional teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • LeadGTM launches forLastPass personal products, including goal setting, audience definition, messaging,andcross-functional planningand execution.

  • Run point on LastPass messaging and personas for consumer, including ongoing feedback loops, testing, and refinement. Messaging should be based on competitive, market, customer insights, and ongoing tests to deliver impactful value propositions & points of differentiation.

  • Become a subject matter expert in personal cybersecurityand contribute to thought leadership and content strategy and creation.

  • Launch and drive the success of a referral program with the focus on user growth.

  • Lead theeCommcoupon strategy for LastPass,with the next focus on testing and building coupons intoexisting nurtures (trial,winback,etc); an eye forreporting and analytics or proven data-driven thinking will prove beneficial here, but directeCommexperience not required.

  • Partneracross teams (Product,Growth, Automation, Voice of Customer, PR, Social,etc) toidentify opportunities and present solutionsteams on customer feedback,test insights, usage data, market trends,etcto informaGTM strategy that is focused on acquisition, conversion, and engagement.

  • Partner with Market/Competitive team to understand the latest market and customer trends.

  • Be a true go-getter, taking ownership of and executing projects to drive the business forward. You aren’t afraid to make critical decisions that impact the business, and you’re willing to lead peers in cross-functional projects.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree.  

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience and 2-4 years in product marketing at a SaaS technologycompany .Experience in cybersecurity would bean added bonus.

  • Proven experience launching products, including messaging platforms, alignment with product management, leading cross-functional teams,andsetting and reporting on KPIs.

  • Excellent writing skills, including experience writing in a relatable, non-corporate, authentic voice.

  • Experience running a referral program and building consumer advocacy is a plus.

  • Comfortable with drawing insights and creating actions from usage data, market research, industry, and customer feedback.

  • Experiencewith coupon strategy onecommis a plus.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating tasks to team members that are not your direct reports, as well as sharing updates with leadership and executive teams.
