We are looking for a strong Product Manager to join us and help chart the next phase of growth for You’ll report directly to the VP of Product, and be responsible for the end-to-end consumer experience. We’re looking for someone that is highly analytical, values speed, and prioritizes impact and value to our customers. You’ll partner across the entire organization, from Sales to Customer Care, finding ways to accelerate our growth and cement Invaluable as a leader in the online auction space.


  • Understand the landscape for online auction marketplaces, our position and strengths relative to our competitors

  • Deep empathy for our bidders & buyers, conduct customer interviews to learn more about current pain points

  • Own business outcomes for Invaluable. Balance revenue goals with features and bets that drive long-term growth.

  • Partner with marketing to build experiences that convert window shoppers into bidders & buyers

  • Build a product roadmap that evolves Invaluable into the most trusted auction marketplace

  • Drive audience growth as well as user engagement and retention, by partnering with marketing to build upon our email, social, and app channels.

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure proper alignment between product and client advertising needs on

  • Work directly with senior leadership to design and execute overall business strategy and chart the future path of Invaluable

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/design, sales, marketing, operations to achieve your goals for the business.


  • A growth-stage product owner with an entrepreneurial spirit that is flexible, experimental, data focused, and resourceful and can balance short-term needs with the long-term strategy

  • Highly analytical mindset. You use data in every decision

  • Ability to see beyond the current advertising/auction landscape and anticipate innovation to unlock future opportunities.

  • You’re an effective story-teller. You clearly communicate the vision to a cross-functional team and gain buy-in and resources to capitalize on those opportunities

  • Experience framing a product strategy in the context of future business goals and consumer and partner needs

  • Experience driving complex projects forward with a small, but high-performing cross-functional team

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build solid relationships across the organization

  • 3-5 years of product management experience
