Summary of Role: Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to strategically drive growth across our portfolio of Connected Health programs that enable nearly all products within our Breast and Skeletal division. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of Hologic's connected health initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery of our AI hosting platform, and developing a comprehensive connected health roadmap. The successful candidate in this highly visible role will be the face of Hologic's connected health products, both internally and externally, and play a critical role in strengthening relationships with key strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management
Manage the Connected Health product portfolio, including SecurView, UnifiConnect, Hologic’s AI hosting platform, and our next generation of connected health products
Drive engagement and strong working relationships between Hologic’s R&D, connectivity engineering, service, marketing, sales, and project management to oversee the interoperability of Hologic’s core imaging technology and AI solutions with key external stakeholders (i.e. PACS, RIS/HIS, EHR vendors)
Build and monitor program schedule and deliverables to align commercial and pre-commercial interoperability imperatives supporting AI/ML, imaging modalities, and IT connectivity solutions
Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, conduct market research, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Connected Health Roadmap
Develop and execute a distinct connected health roadmap that supports the next generation of our AI, gantries, service, and viewer products
Identify and prioritize key initiatives to drive product innovation and market differentiation
Lead the diligence process for any business development efforts that align with the connected health roadmap and support acquired products through integration
Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for Hologic's connected health products, maintaining and strengthening relationships with CIOs and IT leads at major customer organizations
Seek and foster ongoing relationships with relevant key external partners supporting short and long-term strategies for imaging interoperability supporting Hologic’s commercial success
Represent Hologic at industry events and customer meetings to promote our connected health initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree encouraged
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management, preferably within the healthcare IT industry
Solid understanding of or passion for learning DICOM standards, Mammography CAD SR, and the connected ecosystem between PACS/RIS/MIS vendors
Strong understanding of cloud-based AI platforms and connected health technologies
Proven track record of successfully launching complex products on time and within budget
Excellent oral/written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to an audience
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate, and build and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills that can be applied in fast-paced, often ambiguous environments
Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time

The annualized base salary range is $127,100.00 - $211,800 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
