The Role

Your Role and Responsibilities :

  • Provide billable advisory network consulting services for SDx, Edge networking, Private 5G networks and network security

  • Routinely required to be involved in selling ranging from initial client exploratory meeting, gathering requirements, structuring solution bid, and ramping up the team for execution

  • Analyze client current state, define key outcomes, define/revise IT strategy, design conceptual solutions, plan and execute design and implementation work, while accounting for time, cost and quality targets

  • Accountable for successful delivery of highly complex, multi-disciplined consulting engagements that deliver lasting and measurable value to clients

  • Develop a point of view, capture, prioritize and analyze technical (functional and non-functional) requirements

  • Facilitate and capture lessons learned from engagements to update methodologies and assets

  • Be a recognized thought leader inside of Kyndryl and outside in the market

If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position $148,490 to $296,980 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.

If this is a sales role, you may be eligible for additional incentive compensation opportunities. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for Kyndryl’s Growth Driven Profit-Sharing plan.

Who You Are

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

  • Minimum 7+ years network consulting services experience in large global enterprises

  • In-depth cloud-computing experience

  • Proficient with network integration of hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google, etc.)

  • Experience with consulting methods and approaches for conducting assessment, strategy, architecture TCO/ROI services

  • Proficient with state of the market network technologies including software defined networks (SDN/SDWAN)

  • Good understanding of Software Defined Networking offerings from top tier vendors including Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Versa, etc.

  • Good understanding of Edge computing / networks.

  • SDN/Edge/5G - skills for edge computing are system design, networking, database expertise and security

  • SDN - Datacenter/cloud infrastructure, policy, network virtualization

  • 5G - strong knowledge of 5G technology and impact on business adoption

  • Proficiency with network cybersecurity architectures

  • Good business and industry acumen

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

  • Ability to interact with multiple levels of client management including C levels

  • Experience with engagement management

  • Ability to effectively interact with other project teams in support of a multi-service engagement

  • Possess strong leadership skills and further the evolution of intellectual capital assets and developing practice resources

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :

  • Possess strong network consulting experience within large global enterprises

  • Be considered a recognized thought leader in the market
