Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking a Senior Manager – MSP Programs from the recruitment industry to manage multiple established contingent labor MSP programs in a virtual/remote setting. As a Senior Manager at Sevenstep, you will lead one or more members of our team who are responsible for providing MSP services services to some of the best-known and most successful companies in the world. This position is full-time and reports directly into our Executive Director, MSP Programs.
The Senior Manager is directly responsible for delivering consultative solutions for tactical/operational service delivery to our MSP accounts. This role oversees, plans, directs and controls all phases of MSP programs in order to increase productivity, deliver client delight, and encourage program growth within a fair and competitive environment. Responsibilities include high level Requisition Management and Fulfillment, Client Management, Business Development, Operations, and Supplier Management.
As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:
Day-to-day operational oversight, customer satisfaction, account profitability and growth, and coaching, development, and mentorship of assigned staff
MSP program related client operations and service aspects as well as the implementation, direction, quality and program adherence, across multiple locations and with multiple suppliers
Creating relationships with key client decision makers and establishing and maintaining rapport
Identifying new business opportunities with existing clients and collaborate with executive team and others to pursue
Driving program evolution while keeping alignment with our clients’ strategic needs
Coordinating, communicating and guiding the change management efforts related to the MSP, both within Sevenstep and the client
Bringing escalated areas of concern to the client as well as reporting team achievements
Providing clients with regular updates regarding the MSP services, including latest industry trends, best practices internally and externally, as well as potential program enhancements
Designing and implementing a team-results oriented culture, reinforcing collective results over team member results
Supporting the MSP practice to ensure that financial goals and targets are met or exceeded while ensuring full compliance on all program policies and procedures
Working with the Sevenstep Analytics & Intelligence team and other applicable resources to provide accurate, timely and complete performance analyses
Monthly/quarterly reporting on the various metrics that have been established for the programs
Overseeing and maximizing use of VMS technology to ensure optimum, cost-effective, timely and high-quality results
Satisfy quality metrics that are established for the programs and ensures supplier adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements
Ideally, you will:
Possess a minimum of 3+ years of MSP experience
Have previous account management, client-facing experience
Possess a high sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment
Be organized and self-guided, but also collaborative and able to work cross-functionally
Have the ability to resolve complex client situations in an effective manner
Communicate capably and clearly in writing and orally, both in one-on-one and in group presentation situations
Have the ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management
Possess a high degree of initiative, self-motivation, resourcefulness and ability to continually reset priorities and be flexible to rapidly changing market demands/conditions
Be proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint Excel and email
Hold an Associate or Bachelor’s degree. In lieu of a degree, you must have a GED or High School diploma and be a Veteran with an honorable discharge from military service, or have relevant experience within Talent Acquisition, HR, or a supporting role of either of these functions
