Pega’s Consulting Field Development team is a growing, execution-focused group chartered to drive Pega’s most strategic enablement initiatives for a global Consulting organization. Our responsibilities include developing enablement programs to build and maintain a highly trained, elite team that leads clients and partners in the adoption of delivery best practices and fuels the organization with thought leadership

Picture Yourself at Pega:

  • Design, execute and continuously improve Pega Consulting’s Sales training program. Ensure a world class Sales Enablement experience by developing content, program and project management, and consistent achievement of defined goals and objectives.

  • Working in conjunction with cross functional stakeholders, you will manage curriculum and delivery for the Consulting Solution Executives (CSEs). This includes the full spectrum of Sales Enablement activities – design, enable, adopt, measure, and continuously improve - as well as ensuring alignment withPega Consulting Leadership, consulting operations, marketing, and sales enablement. You will lead complex cross functional programs with multiple stakeholders to improve CSE effectiveness globally.

  • You will work with a highly collaborative global Consulting services organization who is constantly striving to cultivate, develop, execute and communicate global strategies, business practices, and field enablement at Pega. You will have theability to make a tangible difference and play an integral role in our growth and transformational journey.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Design, build, and maintain Consulting Solution Executive (CSE) sales learning experience

  • Serve as the curriculum architect and lead design of innovative learning solutions for the CSE community that improve sales performance, drive business outcomes, and engage the modern learner.

  • Maintain, evolve and expand the curriculum, leveraging best practices and future-focused innovations of sales enablement

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovative developments in the talent development field.

  • Serve as a credible and trusted development advisor on effective, leading-edge learning strategies.

  • Effectively collaborate with the consulting organization as well as other cross-functional teams across the company for successful project delivery and realization of business benefits.

  • Present plans and project updates to management and project teams on a regular basis.

  • Document and improve best practices and processes that support ongoing initiatives in line with the company strategy, commitments and goals

Who You Are:

  • You arean intelligent, motivated, collaborative individual, with exceptional communication skills andprogressive experience in sales enablement. You have experience working effectivelywith consulting or professional services organizations as well as other cross functional support team. You are a self-starter with a desire to consistently learn, grow and challenge the status quo.

What You've Accomplished:

  • 10+ years of experience designing learning programs; at least 3 years relevant training and facilitation experience

  • 3+ years of sales enablement experience

  • Experience designing and delivering sales development programs, focused on Sales training for professional services organizations

  • Experience designing and delivering sales development programs, focused on building core solution development capabilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to engage and teach experienced sales resources

  • Designed, produced, and delivered reporting and communications to varied stakeholder groups
