You will coordinate across engineering, operations, and executive teams to deliver programs that meet rigorous quality, timeline, and cost standards. You will also be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, managing dependencies, analyzing program metrics, and creating visibility for stakeholders—all while leveraging modern tools and best practices.
The bar is high, and this role is perfect for someone with strong technical acumen, impeccable organizational skills, and the ability to deliver results in complex, fast-moving environments.
The Main Responsibilities
Program Execution & Delivery :
• Plan, track, and execute complex technical programs, ensuring all milestones, dependencies, and deliverables are met.
• Coordinate within and across teams to synchronize timelines and ensure consistent progress toward program objectives.
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and gaps, escalating when necessary with actionable mitigation plans.
Requirements Gathering & Documentation :
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business and functional requirements, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities and constraints.
• Translate high-level objectives into detailed, actionable technical specifications for development teams.
Metrics, KPIs, and Reporting :
• Track and measure program metrics, including velocity, quality, bug rates, fallout, and delivery predictability.
• Maintain and update real-time dashboards to provide visibility into program progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Analyze program data to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive data-informed decisions.
Cross-Functional Coordination :
• Work closely with engineers to understand technical challenges and ensure clear communication between teams.
• Collaborate with QA and operations teams to ensure rigorous testing and operational readiness before deployment.
• Ensure all project dependencies are tracked, resolved, and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
Testing & Quality Assurance :
• Oversee testing plans and coordinate with QA teams to validate that systems meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Track fallout, bugs, and technical debt to ensure continuous improvement of the product lifecycle.
Cost & Resource Awareness :
• Support the tracking of budgets, resource allocation, and ROI for assigned programs.
• Identify opportunities to optimize costs while maintaining program quality and timeline integrity.
Modern Tooling & Practices :
• Use modern collaboration and reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Tableau) to provide real-time updates and insights to stakeholders.
• Reject outdated practices like PowerPoint in favor of dynamic, data-driven communication.
