Focus:

Will work in partnership with the Situational Tool Manager - Product Manager to enable the technical delivery for applications within the portfolio. Works with the other product managers on the Situational Tools team to design, run the acquisition, installation and configuration of the technical components of the solution, and lead the day-to-day operations of the local and deployed instances. Responsible for ensuring that infrastructure and SaaS solutions are meeting technical and security standards. Will work closely with multiple Information Security teams and our vendor partners to close security gaps in the applications and reduce our risk footprint. Will partner together with the Situational Tools Manager - Product Manager on the Illicit Tool Strategy and the 3rd Party Collaboration Program.

Organizational Context:

Member of an infrastructure product engineering team reporting to an Engineering Director, extended member of software product engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with development teams to define, frame and bring together business needs

  • Participate in the infrastructure design and selection process

  • Align customer needs to the evolution of the platform product roadmap

  • Handle the diagnosis and correction of infrastructure problems

  • Provide internal analysis and support to ensure proper criticality during outages or periods of degraded system performance

  • Conduct infrastructure performance and security assessments

  • Support the certification and accreditation of infrastructure on customer networks

  • Provide beneficial solutions for business, both tactically and strategically

  • Lead customers to understand how current or envisioned processes align to industry standard methodology

  • Define processes, documentation and engineering diagrams for technical and operations support

  • Prioritize, complete and lead projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines

  • Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner

  • Responsible for the quality of work in technical design, implementation, testing and alignment to technical compliance standards.

  • Provide lead support and direction to the team for the overall health and maintenance of all infrastructure assets

Scope of Impact/Influence:

  • Provides Technical guidance for the overall Illicit Tool Strategy

  • Provides Technical expertise and oversite for certifying applications for 3rd Party Collaboration Program

  • Develop Governance processes for application integrations as needed

  • Maintains a set of Technical Guardrails for the portfolio

  • Responsible for the infrastructure platform and supporting technology

  • Leads the design, build, improvement and integration of infrastructure with AET

  • Plays an integral role in building and improving infrastructure in terms of robustness, scalability, availability and efficiency

  • Leadership accountable for team completing work you're doing and delivery of quality work

Education & Experience

  • 8 years of experience with systems analysis/programming, incorporating: design methodology, Infrastructure operations support or engineering

  • Hands-on experience with a variety of software languages, operating systems, or network protocols

  • Practical application using Agile or other rapid application development methods

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field required; advanced degree preferred

Knowledge/Skills

  • Basic understanding of cloud security principles

  • Experience with configuring an application for SSO, a DLP Solution, a CMK or BYOK Solution, SIEM Integration, & a eDiscovery Solution

  • Detailed understanding of enterprise network dataflows and the components that make up the network (VPN, Proxy, FW, Load Balancers, wireless, switches, etc)

  • Specific technical experience working with one or more of the following areas: VMWare, Unix, Citrix, Linux, Solaris, Windows, Z/OS, Junos, IOS, etc

  • Experienced knowledge of one or more of the following: infrastructure and server theories, principles, and concepts, application infrastructure and standards, networking fundamentals, storage management (i.e. SAN) design and support, databases (i.e. IMS, DB2, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, MS Access, etc.), middleware technologies (i.e. WebSphere)

  • Experienced knowledge using the core tools used in the planning, analyzing, designing, building, testing, configuring and maintaining of assigned application(s)

Qualifications

Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually bonus benefits
