LogMeIn is actively searching for a dynamic and proactive Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our global Human Resources team. This is a remote-centric (North America based) position that is aligned with LogMeIn’s 1500 person Product & Technology organization.

In this role, aligning closely with the Sr Director, HRBP, your efforts will have direct and meaningful impact on critical Product & Technology business decisions, successful HR project/program execution, and efficient day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the HR colleagues and Product & Technology leaders to execute and drive HR programs as well as best practice talent management, performance management, employee relations, and annual cycle programs.

The Sr. HRBP will leverage their HR experience, good judgment, and their understanding of LogMeIn’s business and management philosophies to provide HR operational expertise and implement solutions in areas such as HR program implementation, talent and performance management, employee relations, manager coaching, and project management. Responsibilities

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with Product & Technology functional leaders, management and employees through a highly consultative, collaborative, and active problem-solving approach. Provide advice and counsel on various HR issues and challenges. Identify best practices to drive employee engagement throughout the organization

  • Partner with HR leadership on strategic HR initiatives and business objectives. In collaboration with other HR COEs, represent the Product & Technology HR team on annual HR programs and special projects as Project Manager. These may include the bi-annual performance cycles, talent reviews, data & metric analyses, organizational design, change management and other strategic initiatives

  • Be a trusted advisor to the leadership team and management team; coach and counsel on all HR and employee matters; Quickly respond to inquiries regarding people policies, procedures and programs

  • Support the Employee Relations COE to help conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations on employee relation issues

  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnerships to develop solutions, programs, and policies

  • Identify areas for L&D initiatives and support and partner with L&D on developing solutions to address challenges

  • Partner with our compensation COE to advise on compensation related issues & needs and manage program implementation and execution

  • Support roll-out of Employee Engagement surveys, drive action planning with business leaders, as well as any engagement & retention programs deemed necessary

  • Proactively partner with global HRBP’s to ensure key initiates and programs are effective on a global basis as well as identify and address country/region specific HR related issues

  • In partnership with our compensation team, advise on compensation related issues & needs and participating in program design as well as managing program implementation and execution

  • Partner with our peers in Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Operations to deliver an integrated end-to-end employee experience

  • Build and run quarterly reporting dashboard for Product & Technology HR metrics including hiring, attrition, employee engagement activities, and diversity & inclusion initiatives

  • Assist in the execution of local operational people-related issues (e.g. onboarding new hires, relocations, immigration, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of business experience, 3+ years as an HRBP or business-facing HR Generalist

  • Experience supporting a Product/Technology organization preferred, including an understanding of the businesses’ unique business challenges and needs

  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated success driving business results through Human Resource-based solutions, including, problem-solving, strategic thinking and analytical skills

  • Demonstrated ability to execute programs, projects and initiatives

  • Excellent communication skills; Confidence & poised interacting with a variety of leaders (VP level), HR Operations, Finance, TA and other team members/employees; Consultative style

  • Exceptional time and priority management skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing, dynamic environment

  • Values driven; passionate supporter of a diverse workforce and work environment

  • BA/BS preferably in a business discipline. MS in an HR discipline a strong plus.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills; including, Excel Spreadsheets and Dashboards preferred
