The Senior Financial Analytics Professional collates, models, interprets and analyzes clinical data in order to identify, explain, influence variances and trends. Explains variances and trends and enhances modeling techniques.

The Senior Financial Analytics Professional may possess financial or analytical background. Works with clinical data, medical trending to impact strategic outcomes. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; Accounting, Finance or Business Administration

• 3+ years technical experience

• Experience in compiling, modeling, interpreting and analyzing data in order to identify, explain, influence variances and trends

• SAS/SQL knowledge

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; running & creating functions; pivot tables & charts

• Must be able to explain variances and trends and enhance modeling techniques

• Experience working with moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

• Highly organized with ability to multi-task and work against deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree

• Budgeting, accounting or finance experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Power BI: Data Visualization

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$78,800 - $108,500 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
