We are seeking a talented and visionary Enterprise Architect with a keen focus on front-end architecture and a robust understanding of full-stack frameworks. This role will be instrumental in shaping the architectural landscape to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Drive the development and execution of front-end architectural strategies that align with our business goals, while ensuring integration with our broader full-stack architecture.
Design and Implementation: Craft high-quality front-end architecture solutions that provide optimal user experiences. Ensure these solutions integrate seamlessly with backend systems to meet enterprise-scale needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders, including IT teams, developers, and business units, to translate business requirements into scalable technological solutions.
Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies. Advocate for the adoption of new technologies that can provide competitive advantages.
Governance and Standards: Establish and enforce architectural standards and frameworks. Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and best practices.

Required Qualifications
Advanced Knowledge in Front-End Technologies: Proficient in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) and technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Full-Stack Understanding: Solid grasp of full-stack development including Node.js, .NET, Java, or equivalent technologies, and understanding of database systems.
Experience in Enterprise Architecture: Proven track record in designing and implementing solutions at an enterprise scale.
Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to conceptualize and strategize at a high level, with strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Comparable experience accepted in lieu of.
Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, with demonstrated experience in front-end and full-stack environments.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of project leadership experience
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Additional Information
To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria:
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested
Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$117,600 - $161,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
